Boston Frogman Swim 2021
Benefiting the Navy SEAL Foundation

Brian Valenza, VIRSIG's CEO, participated in the Boston Frogman Swim on 7 June 2021. This is a 5k open water swim and fundraiser that supported the Navy SEAL Foundation (NSF), a 501(c)(3) with a coveted four star rating by Charity Navigator. 100% of the net proceeds will go directly to support the mission of the NSF.

Overall this day's event raised over $85,000, and friends, family, and colleagues of VIRSIG donated $3,100. Raising funds for worthwhile organizations that help others, is in-line with VIRSIG's Core Values, and philosophy of striving to support those who support others, learn more.

This event, which took place on the anniversary of D-Day, was made even more special with a visit by Mr. Frank Bellotti, a 98 year-old veteran, who was a WWII Navy Scout and Raider Officer, an early predecessor to what later evolved into the Navy SEALs. Learn more about him at the article below.
